Subscription Commitment & Cancellation
All subscriptions require a minimum 6-month commitment from the date of the first shipment.
Cancellation requests submitted before completion of the initial 6-month term will not terminate the remaining subscription period.
After the initial term, subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by providing written notice at least 15 days prior to the next billing date.
Failure to cancel prior to billing will result in the next shipment being processed and charged.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within Alberta.
An adult signature is required upon delivery.
If no adult is available, delivery may be rescheduled.
We are not responsible for delays due to carrier issues or weather conditions.
Risk of loss transfers upon delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of alcohol sales:
All wine sales are final.
We do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at karla@rubyredvino.com with photos.
