    • Monthly: You’re billed once a month and receive your selected number of bottles (3, 6, or 12) every month.

    • Quarterly: You’re billed every three months and receive your selected number of bottles (3, 6, or 12) every three months.

    • Semi-Yearly: You’re billed every six months and receive your selected number of bottles (3, 6, or 12) every six months.

  • Swirl offers you 3 bottles per order, Sip offers 6 bottles per order, and Savour offers you 12 bottles per order.

  • When selecting the Seasonal Mixed Wine preference, you will receive a curated selection of seasonal wines, with more reds featured in the winter months and more whites and rosés during the summer.

  • Yes. We offer a subscription based model so you will be automatically charged.

  • If you believe a bottle is not in optimal condition, please contact Karla within 30 days to arrange an exchange. Refunds are not available.

  • Orders placed up to and on the 20th of the current month will be included in the current month subscription.

    Orders placed after the 20th of the current month will start on the following month.

    All pick ups and delivery will be in the last week of the month.

  • Ruby Red Vino memberships begin with a six-month commitment — giving you time to settle into the rhythm, discover your preferences, and fully enjoy the experience. After the initial six months, you’re welcome to pause or cancel anytime with 15 days notice prior to your next billing date.
