Journey into Cava country, where we’ll dine in the private modernist gardens of a historic family estate and enjoy a gentle bicycle ride through the vineyards. A chance to experience the landscape behind the bubbles.
DAYS 7–8 · COSTA BRAVA
Sea air and one more beautiful table.
Settle into a boutique beachside hideaway, explore coastal sea caves by kayak, and gather for a multi-course farewell feast. Time to celebrate the places we’ve discovered—and the company we’ve enjoyed.

Our first shared toast.
Begin in Barcelona with a welcome at an urban wine bar and a private, hands-on cooking masterclass in the historic Gothic Quarter. Discover local flavours, get to know your fellow travellers, and settle into the pleasure of being somewhere new.
DAYS 5–6 · PRIORAT
Slate underfoot. Stories in the glass.
Explore Priorat’s dramatic landscape and hand-carved vineyard terraces on a guided mountain walk, followed by a private winery lunch. Discover how this remarkable place finds its expression in the wines we share.
