Agriverde Riseis Pecorino is a dry, medium-bodied white wine with a straw-yellow color and golden reflections. Pecorino is an Italian grape fermented in stainless steel and considered organic. It offers fruity aromas of peach, sage, with hints of balsamic herbs. It's fresh, has good structure, and excellent aromatic balance. One of my faves for cheeses like manchego, gouda and risotto!
