The Gamay Rosé is all cranberries and rhubarb, with searing acidity, great length, and a tinge of orange peel and blossom.

It isn't "soft" rosé like its Provençal counterparts, but rather is energetic and exciting.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon
This Rosé wine has intense fruity aromas and is medium-bodied. It was made using white winemaking techniques with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were hand picked and placed in 500-kilo bins. Once de-stemmed, the grapes were carefully crushed and deposited in the fermentation tanks at a low temperature, for approximately 36 hours. After this, the slightly dyed juice was drained and separated from its skin for the fermentation process. The youthful, fresh and vibrant first range from Viña Undurraga is hugely appealing to all palates. Enjoy now.

Laporte Les Grand Montains Sancerre Rosé,  Loire France

Premium Sancerre Rosé is a rare treat.
The Pinot Noir grows on a south-southwest exposed hillside. The grapes are hand-picked and de-stemmed. After macerating for 24 hours, the vat is bled and the rosé ferments at 18° to 20°C for eight days. The wine is left on its fine lees until bottling at the beginning of April.
